5 stars for the staff but 2 stars for the way this location is run :(
I’ve been missing a nugget here, a breakfast mini there multiple times. I didn’t get any napkins today or the last time and I feel like this location skimps on the hash browns and fries. After confirming salad dressings for my husband’s salad, we go home to find out that there were absolutely no dressings included…
The mobile pickup line also takes way longer than the normal line which makes me never want to pre-order.
My least favorite CFA location so far in the area but it’s convenient.

Shrinkflation strikes Chick-Fil-A! The chicken on the sandwich didn't even fill the bun. It was also cold like it had been sitting out for a while. My son's kids meal did not come with the book it was supposed to.

Was one of the best, and I mean the BEST, experiences I have ever had not only in fast food but in customer service in general. they were so kind and just all around caring for the customers! I asked if they did frosted sodas (most do) and the guy went and asked his manager who was outside and the manager came over and chatted with me about them and etc. and then the kid at the window/door asked all about my plans for thanksgiving. They all together were just above and beyond especially in a rush!!!

Disappointed to see they have continued the same weird ‘order at the table' process as the only option when choosing to dine-in, just like the other Buda location does. This is so awkward!! It's fast food, we don't need a server and little menus. Let us order at the counter like normal fast food restaurants, and frankly like nearly ALL other CFA locations. I noted four other patrons while we were eating who were also noticeably put off by this. It's not extra service. It’s annoying.

I had such a lovely experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming — they made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served quickly. From the crispy chicken sandwich to the perfectly seasoned waffle fries, everything hit the spot. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while!

So excited this location is open! The service was excellent with an easy & spacious drive thru. Food was consistently delicious as other locations. I’ll be a frequent visitor!
Staff were super sweet when I walked in. Food inside and through the drive thru was super quick. Highly would recommend if you are in the area.
