Domino's Pizza

At first I was impressed by the ai order taker... she recapped my order and clearly stated it included 2 blue cheese dipping sauces. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready, had to wait. Then luckily I checked because they didn't include the dipping sauce. The guy then tried to upsell me and charge my card again for dipping sauce. I refused, he finality gave it to me but only after I had to almost create a scene over it. That really left a bad taste in my experience, but not the worst since he eventually did the right thing, hence 3 stars, and not 5.

They don't make large pizzas

Every time I order carryout or delivery, this location is always courteous and professional. Food is always fresh and mfor there being young adults, they are hard working. Always happy with my orders💯🩷🖤 I recommend this location anytime‼️

This store is so great the driver steals your food at closing time and doesn’t attempt to deliver at all… Christopher was the driver’s name and the store at the time had no one to assist me but Dominoes online offered me $2 off a medium pizza after not receiving a $50 order and waiting over an hour and a half shop local folks…. edit the driver came back after I posted this review over an hour and forty five minutes later after the interaction I put together that it seemed to me it was because I didn’t pre tip online so it probably wasn’t worth his time… I delivered 5 years in my early 20s and usually tip around 50% but I tip in cash for obvious reasons mostly for the tax man watching the driver and less making sure an order actually shows up whit h aparently must be a new issue also according to the driver the app is never accurate and always off by an hour or so….

We normally order delivery, sometimes pickup, but the pizza is always hot, good and made as ordered. Delivery drivers are courteous & prompt, just like the store staff. Thank you, Buda Domino’s employees!

I ordered chicken boneless and look what they are giving, very bad and poor quality on food.

Don’t touch your cell phones and handle the dough. Gross. Place was filthy

We are extremely disappointed with our recent order from Domino's in Buda. My husband ordered two pizzas—one hand-tossed and one thin crust—for delivery. When the delivery driver arrived, he only had the thin crust pizza. When we asked about the missing pizza, he claimed they had only given him one. After calling the store, we were told they would give us a free pizza on our next order, which we declined. We requested the missing pizza be delivered that same day, but the store refused, stating they couldn't deliver it today. We insisted, and the guy said it would arrive in 30 minutes.

When the second pizza finally arrived, it was another thin crust, not the hand-tossed one we originally ordered. The delivery was poor—, just a single knock , and the driver left the pizza on the doormat. To top it off, the pizza was cold and tasteless.

This was our last time ordering from Domino's in Buda. It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and the lack of effort in resolving the issue is unacceptable. Shame on you, Domino's.

These pasta bowls used to be sooooooo good. The bread bowls too. I used to tell all my coworkers about these. But the last few months lately. They are horrible. Smaller amount and no sauce. These things have been so dry lately. Before you would see sauce in the bottom of the bowl, on the sides and every where else but now….. it’s just dry pasta with no flavor. Don’t recommend the pasta anymore. Pizzas good.

Messed up a pepperoni pizza. The only options were wait 2 hours for a new delivery or store credit. I hadn’t ordered form this dominos in years for a reason. Now I know management hasn’t changed haha. Today was my last order. Permanently.
