First walked in felt very welcomed by the lady who sits by the entrance. She was helpful when I asked questions. I was craving crawfish and seen Eastside Boilers had great reviews. So decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. The fellas who took my order have great customer service. A lot of the crawfish was the size of my palm. It was seasoned good. The only thing I wanted was more potatoes, corn and sausage. I literally had one small potato, a piece of a sliced sausage and a half of half of corn. Other than that the food was great.
Used these guys to cater a boil at my house and Brandon was amazing!! Would give them a 6 star if it was available
Lots of places have crawfish. None of them have the flavor Eastside has. You'll keep coming back.
We eat a lot of crawfish and got to try East Side boilers at Buck's Crawfish Festival. They were absolutely the best we've ever had. Getting ready to drive to Buda today if they are making them at Willy's.
Love the shrimp & crawfish but the past couple times my friends & I have had it, we’ve gotten sick. Thought it was just a fluke bc before it’s been great but after this last time we knew for sure it was what was making us feel sick afterwards. Don’t think we’ll be going back.
Crawfish were great!!
If we could rate 10 stars, we would!! Greg and the entire East Side Boilers crew helped us throw an event for our clients this past weekend and we can't say enough good things about them and the crawfish. The guests we had from Louisiana were so impressed, the flavor was out of this world - just the right amount of spice, the service was fantastic, we could seriously go on and on about them. We will have Greg and his crew back every single year.
Update:After this post, Gregg reached out to me to address the situation. He was very empathetic/understanding about my experienceand promised to make it right. I will be giving Eastside Boilers another try, I feel like it will be a much better visit. Thank you, Gregg for taking the time to listen and putting in the effort to grow! It really does make a difference.I really enjoy going to Willie's Joint, but East Side Boilers rubbed me the wrong way tonight. I paid as any honest customer would but, not happy that they were dishonest in their pricing. I bought 3lbs of crawfish and 1lb of shrimp and it was charged $11+ over menu price. Their product was good but, when I mentioned the over charge, the only response from the snooty (to say the least) cashier was, "I'm sorry, We'll change it." She even said, " You can leave a tip right there.", pointing to the tip prompt. I would have hoped they would have changed the pricing on the menu immediately but, I was mistaken. After 2 hrs, the menu price remained the same and I would encourage Willie's Joint to address their "Less than honest" 3rd party tenant, as it is not right for them to charge more than menu price with out being properly annotated on their menu prior to purchase. Please see the pictures as proof. Willie's Joint will always be a "go-to" but, East Side Boilers will need a change of business model to re-gain my trust.
When i say fire i mean the best in the city and surrounding cities near austin.
Delicious bugs, good seasoning

Amazing crawfish! The flavor is out of this world. This is the only review I’ve ever left for crawfish. Can’t wait to eat their crawfish again!
