Gotji's Kitchen (Thai Cuisine) Buda

Went looking for Thai food in Buda and was not disappointed. The pad thai is absolutely delicious, authentic, and excellently spicy. I will be sure to come back.

This place is top-notch for delicious, authentic Thai food. You can tell that the owner, Gotji, who often man’s the trailer, takes great pride and care in his food and customers.

Food truck area has plenty of seating and nice atmosphere right off Main Street Buda.

I loved the taste of the food. However, I didn't like the amount of protein in their dishes. I paid 18$+ (including tax) for best pad thai and had only four shrimp tails. It just felt unfair, specially because it's not even a restaurant and the prices are still higher than restaurant (at least from what good Thai places I have eaten at so far in Texas).

The food here always hits. We were not so sure we’d be able to find good Thai food after moving to Buda, but it is objectively great quality food. We have had almost everything on the menu at this point and have yet to be disappointed.

Over time, the food truck park has also improved, with nice complementary options like a dessert trailer, and most importantly, it has it’s own parking!

Not open this afternoon despite hours of business listed as open. No sign on business indicated change in hours. Online post noted hours open. No answering nor recording available of phone listed. Sharing business with unknown Intermittent hours so others do not travel unnecessarily.

Absolutely my favorite local Thai place. The best item is the larb angus beef. Bacon fried rice is so delicious, too. The best pad Thai is another option that never disappoints. Honestly can't go wrong when ordering from here.
The service and food is so consistent and amazing, we had Gotji's cater my wedding. Compliments all around.

Update: Gotjis truly values their customers opinions and quality of food. The chicken has been changed back to its former quality and for that I am grateful. Me and my family pick up dinner from their weekly. Their best seafood curry and green curry simply cannot be beat. The pork egg rolls and dipping sauce are also amazing.

Gotjis has always been a weekly pickup for us. I love their green curry and it was hands down the best I've ever tried from anywhere locally however, the recent change in chicken is such a downgrade that I can't eat there anymore. I'm almost certain it is either frozen or precooked and then thrown on a grill to warm up and the texture is dry, chewy and extremely off-putting. If and when they change it back, I'll return to being a loyal customer.

I got the Thai tea and American Pad Thai. The Thai tea was ok, a bit on the sweeter side but still very tasty and beautiful to look at. The pad Thai was more sweet than savory not the pad thai I hoped for but the one I deserved. The service was great, the cashier was friendly even though I was hard of hearing, made me feel better after a bad day.
