Had such a nice experience here this weekend ! Frosted cookie cakes from great American cookies are my husbands favorite thing ever ! This year I surprised him with one and a surprise party. The ladies here work so hard to make these fun masterpieces and I don't think they get enough credit. I arrived several minutes early before my chosen pick up time to pick up the cake I ordered a few days prior and they asked for 5 minutes. I told them of course and went to get a sandwich...

The new management here is incredible! You can tell that they love what they are doing. It shows in their work and their smiling faces. Our cake decorator is top notch and we request her to do all of the cookie decorating for our children’s birthdays and our football parties as well. ????

The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!
