Honestly take kids here for atmosphere. Burgers are always hot and fresh but taste is sub par. Iv tried chicken and hamburger non are great. Last time we went kids got a free shake voucher so we will be back but not much I want to eat.

Fast food that's made to order, so it's a hair longer than traditional fast food. They offer keto, vegan, and paleo options. All of their burgers can be made into a bowl, too. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful.
There's a slew of outdoor seating and a play area for the kids.
We got burgers and tots. I got mine in a bowl, he got his on a bun. Burgers were good, tots weren't the best I've had but they were just-crispy enough (a bit more cooking for more crispness and they'd be perfect).
We only ordered sodas but I noticed that they offered a selection of beer.
When we're in town we stay a hotel nearby, so this is walking distance (which we appreciate).

Good food and friendly staff. The kids play area is great too

The folks at Hat Creek are super friendly from the time you walk in the door. The hardest part of being here is the selection. They have good salads in addition to really good burgers and chicken sandwich as well. Hat Creek also stands out because they do a great job of accommodating to the family. The outside area is comfortable with ceiling fans and there is an adjoining play area for the kids. Good place, good food, good people.

Food is always good but they constantly get your order wrong at this location. We go all the time and the last TWO times we’ve gone we’ve been missing something or something was messed up even though it’s correct on the receipt. Please have cooks and people bagging pay more attention!
First time we were missing our queso and second time both burgers had hat sauce when we asked for one plain.

Will never go back and will be sure to spread the word that in addition to sub-par food, this company is also about anything but “fellowship”. They have hateful, prejudiced practices and treat their employees poorly.

Low quality burgers, overpriced and doesn't take care of their employees. Do not recommend.
