Every time I order and pick up my food, there’s always some food missing every time. I don’t know what’s going on, but you guys have to double check your food.

If i could put 0 star would…. I order a large order of onion rings and i was like 🤡 after paid almost 6 dollar for 8 they said it is like that… with those long faces….. sometimes i question if to approach and order or not ….

Waited over 40!!! Minutes in their drive thru. Employee on headset had a snarky attitude after I kept ordering. Dont recommend this location . #notfriendly #no

Place is filthy and disgusting. Staff seems incompetent and rude. Should have realized that when the only cars in the parking lot are the employees, it was a bad choice to stick around. Whataburger is only a few feet away, I suggest going there instead of this nasty place.

Place was dirty, the cashier never Never greeted us when we walked in. She acted like we were bothering her while we were ordering our food at a food chain restaurant, the men restroom horrible hand soap was not available in the women’s restroom was clean and had hand soap. I had to go into the women’s restroom to wash my hands

Jack in the box says they're supposed to be open 24 hours at this location every time I've come because I work late they've been closed nine times out of 10 and it's frustrating The lights and everything are on even appears to be open but they block the drive-thru with a pallet to discourage people from coming I'm guessing.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from them via uber eats and each time they’ve successfully left out a part of my order. Needless to say, I will not order from them again. My recommendation, Training, or giving that position to someone who works diligently

Went to order food and on their menu at the location. They have a bundle deal we wanted to try. When trying to order they said it was online only. So... do they not want any business???? Why would you have to order online in the drive through? Not a very smart way to run a business and keep customers. Don't think I will be returning, will go elsewhere.
