I usually love going to Jersey Mike's, but today not so much. Food is fresh and yummy. I was greeted by a gentleman who took my order. Then a lady screamed at me to make my sandwich. Luckily another lady noticed her attitude and finished my order. I was in a good mood, but not so much anymore. 🫥

I came into this Jersey Mikes expecting to have the average sub, instead I got a soggy breaded, overboiled chicken which is “supposed” to be fresh, this was the worst sub I have ever had, I need it to be known the worker literally vaped when he turned around, I want it to be known never will I spend my money on this place again

Ordered gluten free and am very sick today. Watch like a hawk if you order gluten free.

This three way afternoon/evening team was amazing! Guy cutting up the meat deserves to be a manager. Assisting his team, customer service, quick and smooth. I would bring him on my team.

I usually love the cheesecake but I live far from the store and someone decided to add mushrooms to it which I hate. That is an ingredient that doesn't come with the sandwich so I am a bit confused as to why they were on there. I live too far to try and make a return trip

Kind of disappointed in my experience today. Stopped in for sandwich and salad. Well they accidentally forgot to put the hot hunny(which is so good) on my sub. So return to counter and the sandwich maker girl couldn’t remember if she put it on the sandwich, so they put some in a cup to add on sandwich. Fine no problem but the cashier very rudely says well regardless I didn’t charge you for the hot hunny. Charges me .75 . Not sorry about the mistake nothing! Rude girl it was about 1:15 today if you want to see whom was on cash register. I looked but no name tag otherwise I would have included it.

I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs, thanks to Syler and Rosie! I made a mistake while ordering, thinking I had selected a veggie version of the Philly Cheesesteak for my wife, who is vegetarian. When she realized it had steak in it, I was worried about how to fix the situation. Despite the mistake being on my end, Syler and Rosie went above and beyond, offering to make the sub exactly how my wife wanted—without any meat. Their kindness, patience, and understanding truly blew me away. These two employees deserve more recognition than I can express. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a great experience. Every time I have eaten or pick up orders for doordash to deliver the employees are amazing and kind never had a bad experience and I am happy to say that and I always recommend to people to go eat the sandwiches there. The best place honestly keep up the good work guys. I appreciate the kindness and the hustle yall have.
