I hate to review and rate national food chains, but I have to for a future note to self. With that being said:Dear Future Self,The next time your curiosity piques after being subconsciously manipulated to eat something you normally wouldn't (I blame my travels to Europe and watching too much South Park), remember KFC.Though fried chicken is a southern delicacy, KFC is not. Remember the 8 piece family meal you ordered for a family of 2. All the regrets, as you had leftovers for days. The chicken was not crispy, but rather limp. You should have known better when the drive thru attendant asked if you, "wanted regular or extra crispy". The chicken itself was greasy and plain, but not as bad as Church's. The biscuits, not the worst, but still pretty damn bland and dry. If the batter was beaten better to make it fluffy, baked less and whipped with a brush of honey butter, these would have lowkey smacked. The fries, room for improvement, as these were overly salted, but had the best crisp and flavor. Mashed potatoes, no notes. You were the best thing in this meal.

Bathroom very unclean and smells bad (and not from a recent use.)Restaurant floors are filthy and so slick with grease or ? that people were sliding and an elderly man almost fell! Lawsuit waiting to happen.Cashier efficient but obviously couldn't care less when I brought these two serious issues to her attention. Blew me off and nicely asked for my order. She said her job was to cashier and mop floors after closing. I suggested that the floors needed a crew to thoroughly decrease the floors. She just smiled and mumbled Humm and sort of distractedly smiled. Weird.Might be okay in another neighborhood, but definitely not okay in our Buda!! Come on!!!

The food was definitely not worth the price. 31 dollars for a variety meal from Long John Silvers, a spicy chicken sandwich only, along with chicken tender combo from KFC with a small drink. The fries were cold and stale, the chicken sandwich/tenders were very dry. The establishment was dirty and a bit dingy, but at least the service here was great, people are kind and helpful, but unfortunately the food was not so great.

food here is NEVER fresh. it always tastes like it's at least 4 hours old. I've tried ordering at lunch at supper, NEVER matters the food is always stale and just bad. The long john silvers side is just as bad. I highly recommend ANYWHERE else.

Came here on my lunch break and ordered a side of mashed potatoes i wanted 25 minutes out of my 30 minutes break for my mashed potatoes before i had to say something 2 girls working one short skinny teen in baggy pants looked hispanic and one slightly taller hispanic girl both just running around like headless chickens saying they don’t know what their doing seriously people get real id understand if they were busy or if i ordered a big meal but i didn’t and they were not busy at all this establishment and its employees are complete jokes i only go back because its close to my job

I this service here is horrible. They can’t count to four. Your food will come out cold and soggy. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had I live right down the street. I’ve been coming to this place for two years since I moved out here I will never be going back.

Yesterday night was the worst kfc experience. not only was our order incorrect. They told us they were outout of breast at 8:45pm when they close at 10pm. service was equally the same. Told us it would take 3 mins for fries. we waited over 30 cause they wanted to make sure other cars behind us waiting got their food as well waiting just because of that. was a Sense of disrespect cause as ours were getting colder. Others were being made. Worst kfc I've been to.

Went to KFC today and was extremely disappointed. I bought the 12 piece tender family meal and spent almost $40 for what seemed to be some frozen tenders that looked like they were bought at the Wal-Mart behind the KFC in the same shopping center. Also the sides seemed like they were just heated in a microwave. I hadn't been here in a while so I was not aware that they changed the items on the menu. I recall coming here and actually getting real chicken tenders. The tenders we ordered were so small they looked like they belonged on the kids meal. To spend that kind of money and get this kind of product should be criminal. I will never come back to this KFC (if any at all anymore) ever again. One more fast food joint I won't be visiting. Cooking at home more often is going to become more regular at this point.
