Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza was ok but they don't give out parmesean cheese packets at this location so i have to drive to another location to get cheese packets. How can you eat pizza without cheese sprinkles?

Called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. We arrive and go in after it had been almost 45 min since I placed the order and they say the order was never placed. 😩
So ordered again right then and there and told to wait 20 min! Waiting and waiting nearly another 45 min goes by we go check and STILL being told we needed to wait its still in oven.
Left to get something else because absolutely NOT !
They didnt even apologize , looked at us like we were dumb
Never coming here again

I don’t know who is coming up with the idea that on a Friday night if you get there around 10pm..they are no longer making pizzas and your only option is to take what they have in their keep warm section. Mind you they are open until 11pm. This is what I encountered at 10pm on 8/9. In general I would say workers here care little at all about pizza quality…selling pizzas that are not fresh. Lobby feels like a sauna. These pizzas have a shelf life of 10 min so you’d think throwing together a pizza for you wouldn’t be a hassle.

Awful service. Every time

I waited 30 minutes past a pick up time, even after placing the order 45 minutes in advance. This location needs some new tech or more help. Avoid at all cost.

If there were less than one star I would give it to them. When I entered, they greeted me and it was perfect. I waited a while and no one attended to me. Then they looked at me again and said, someone will attend to you in a moment. A few minutes passed and no one attended to me. They need to improve their customer service, very bad service and I left.

I have been there three different times and every time they have taken more than 30min. to have my order ready. I suggest you order online way before you actually need your pizza.
Besides the three negative experiences, I do have to say that for every visit, all the employees seem polite when greeting customers.

I gave it 3 stars because the guy on the phone was nice and helped with putting in my order. Besides that; the pizza wasn’t done and tastes horrible.

Not sure what happened here. Dry, thin, chewy. Just not good. Seems like someone got the dough recipe very wrong. Complete waste of money unfortunately.

It's little Caesars the wait was longer than expected half hour for 2 pizza s they were more worried about filling there storage ovens than getting owners done so the pizza was good just the wait

The young lady that sold me the pizza this afternoon around 3:40 p.m. did an amazing job her customer service was awesome

Never fails. Orders are never ready and customer service does not exist here. You walk in and you become invisible. No one comes to help you.

Why does Kyle and Buda have some of the worst customer service when it comes to restaurants? Is it the people that live in the area or are they just there to collect the paycheck? Why would you even work somewhere if you don't want to work? Do something else that actually creates money that is moralistic!!!!
