It's little Caesars the wait was longer than expected half hour for 2 pizza s they were more worried about filling there storage ovens than getting owners done so the pizza was good just the wait

The young lady that sold me the pizza this afternoon around 3:40 p.m. did an amazing job her customer service was awesome

Never fails. Orders are never ready and customer service does not exist here. You walk in and you become invisible. No one comes to help you.

Why does Kyle and Buda have some of the worst customer service when it comes to restaurants? Is it the people that live in the area or are they just there to collect the paycheck? Why would you even work somewhere if you don't want to work? Do something else that actually creates money that is moralistic!!!!

Place has been absolutely horrible the past few years. I used to love getting pizza from here but their service has gone down like crazy. Ordered an italian cheese bread and thin crust pepperoni and i received re heated cheese bread that was hard already and for my pizza they gave me an extremely dry and hard hot and ready regular pepperoni. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND if you're looking to have a decent pizza.

Careful when you order an ultimate supreme pizza!! All that was on it was a few black olives, cheese, pepperoni and few sausage pieces!! Pizza was not hot.

I walked in on a Saturday at around 6pm and immediately noticed they were quite busy taking orders from the drive thru lane and front counter. The cashier seemed a little overwhelmed, but the manager was there to keep things running smoothly. But I did have to wait a few minutes before the cashier asked if I placed an order or not.

I ordered a Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza but unfortunately, I had to wait a few minutes for it to be made, I expected them to already have them made, but I guess that's what you can expect when you don't order online in advance.

While I was waiting in the lobby, I could hear a woman yelling at the employees in the back which I assume was the manager about customers are waiting in line chop-chop etc. It reminded me of Hell's Kitchen which was quite hilarious for a fast-food pizza chain, at least she was keeping the employees in check to get those pizzas out ASAP.

Overall, the experience was fine, interesting but alright. Only took about 8 minutes before I got my order and was on my way.

I don't know what they did, but the pizza I had from here was outstanding. It was perfectly cut and cooked. Probably the best pizza I've had from Little Caesars in a long time.

I order a $77 order. I didn’t check my pizza until I got home and noticed they gave me the wrong pizzas I was calling to see if they could give me a refund or someone could deliver my pizza and no answers. Next day I went and the manager said that sometimes their phone works. So they remake my pizza I ordered cheese bread with marinara sauce. The container was Halfway full.

8:13PM Sunday June 2, 2024Pay attention to WHAT IS ALREADY MADE, MAN. Walked in, was greeted fairly promptly, and was told 5 minute wait for puffs. Cool. But the store was not cool. It was really, really hot. But it was only 5 minutes, right? We wait the 5. Amanda walks in. She's not greeted. Wait 2 minutes. Walk outside to wait for a bit, because it is so hot, we'd rather wait outside. Walk in after 3 minutes. Are told "it's like 2 more minutes on puffs". Less cool, but fine. Luis walks in. He is not greeted. We stand there for a few more minutes. Luis is greeted and gets his food. 2 minutes later Amanda gets her food. 20 minutes later my boyfriend asks, "Can you just give us what's ready?" The tall young man with curly dark hair and a gold pendant necklace that we've been counting on for the past 20 minutes walks over to the oven, takes breadsticks out, bags them, places them next to a stack of pizza and 2 puffs boxes THAT HAD BEEN THERE THE WHOLE TIME, and hands them to us. The pizza and puffs were already lukewarm. We know we are held hostage by this store, but C'MON, MAN.
