There is no menu at the drive thru so you should have your order already rehearsed when you arrive planning to use the drive thru. Being a Little Caesar’s, you might assume that the pizza is “Hot and Ready” but it wasn't hot and it definitely wasn’t ready. I wish they would have informed me of the 15 minute wait before they took my payment. But they charged me beforehand and locked me into a binding contract of having to wait 15 minutes instead of just deciding not to wait and just driving over to good ol’ Taco Bell. I gave you a chance and you blew it. PS sauce for the cheese bread is extra. Whaattt!?!?!

Horrible service no one knows how to pick up a phone ... I didn't get my pizza or a refund out of 25$ and no pizza if you have a little ceasers in your area besides this one I'd advise you to drive a extra couple of minutes to avoid Horrible service

Went in and ordered since no one answers phone. First pizza I got had olives and sausage over entire pizza. Wanted only on half. Pepperoni on all. Also didn’t receive the pizza bites I ordered. Went backAnd remade pizza. This time there was no pepperoni at all but did have sausage and olives on half. Just a little frustrating.

Came by to try the new pepperoni pizza bites. No pepperoni, they were flacid and deflated. They had my online order I the back for 15 minutes instead of putting it in the portal. I rarely have a good experience here but it's the only one nesr my house.

Wow... Just so disorganized. So very disorganized. When I came here there were 25 pizzas on the side table. With every pickup order they started rummaging through every single box. Wow. With 5 other options for pizza nearby a return trip here ain't happening.

Well first off you can't order through the app and choose to pay in-store with a gift card and no one will answer the phone so you can order by phone and not have to stand and wait in the store. So I have to go to the store to order and the guy tells me he doesn't think they can take gift cards anymore. What can they do? So I order and they didn't even have a pepperoni or cheese ready and it took them 20 minutes for hot and ready.

Placed an order almost an hour in advance only to show up that there is 15 min to go. Once I made the statement to the person working the counter that they should update their website he wanted to snap back and it was not for a back and forth it was feedback and he wanted to argue which was horrible I literally drive to the stasseny location because this one always such poor customer service very shameful.
