I am not one to complain. In fact I just left an amazing review for HEB recently.We love another McDonald's but wanted to give this new one a try.There was no one there, so I ordered for my very hungry disabled children.They took my order wrong by forgetting one kids meal. I tried to work with them.The level of rudeness was unbelievable!!They ushered me into the waiting line when I was the first one there the other locations never do that to me. Then served like 4 other cars. I had to go up to the window and be like please give my crying children their food. She said you better just go wait. Then got us our food which was fresh and I hope not tampered with. It was a traumatizing experience.

Been to this location multiple times worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, you wait long for your food there’s never ketchup in the bag when they tell you to pull up you’re gonna wait 15 minutes for your food. The fries are always cold and soggy. Would not recommend. They need new management.

These rude employees especially the cashier that’s took 13 min to take my code when repeatedly telling her, my cookies were not fresh at all , very cold even after I said I wanted “fresh hot cookies”. Mocha was made incorrectly and no whipped cream, this is not the first time I come to this location and they mess up my order.

We have just left the drive-thru after receiving our food. Although the food was good, the customer service we received was very poor. The girl who handed us our food ignored my husband's polite thank you and did not greet us with a smile or a hello. I believe she needs to improve her customer service skills and receive further training on how to appropriately serve customers.Dietary restrictions: Easy On seasonings
This place needs to get better people to handle cash! How can you hire someone who doesn’t know how to count cash??? I was short $10!!! Not $1 not $3 BUT $10!!!! If I’m short .10c I’m sure they wouldn’t give me my food but yet keeping $10 from a customer it’s insane!. Called them and they said they would called me back to check the cash register… been 6 hrs and I still haven’t heard anything from them! SMH!
