This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I don’t have many choices being I drive truck for living. They have messed up my order four times in a row this lifetime. They forgot to give me my barbecue sauce for my chicken nuggets when she went to hand it to me she dropped it on the floor, pick it up off the floor and wipes it off on her pants and tries to hand it to me, give me a fresh so check your bag before you leave

First time and last time here. This place was disgusting the floors and tables were very dirty. The customer service was horrible nobody is helpful enough to take your order. Seeing the area as dirty as it was and nobody taking my order after standing in front of the register for 5 minutes I decided to leave. The cashier at the truck stop had mentioned how so many people place complaints about that McDonald's. It's upsetting to hear and know that nothing gets addressed.

I did a mobile order at the drive-through for a double fish fillet with no cheese. I went back to my destination and opened up my food and saw they couldn’t even get the double patty part right. But at least there was no cheese on it. I went back and showed them the error, and they corrected it, but they made me feel like it was my fault by their attitude. It’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect much lol.

Went twice this week . I'm not sure I'll go again. I see many complaints but no improvements from the manager. Maybe the district manager needs to get involved. My issue is that the cashier should probably be able to understand and speak understandable English. I couldn't understand what i was trying to order, so i just took whatever i got. It has the feel of a border town McDonald's (no diversity). No one really expects much from McDonald's, but this one seems to be a little further down than normal.
Stopped by to buy my kids a bundle they have on the screen and thats what i order and she tells me we dont have that deal anymore i said well maybe i should take it down so completely ignores me i drive up to the window and i tell her again if yall dont have that deal anymore i would recommend taking it dwn she says we cant do anything about that its on the company very rude girl
