I visit every day for the same order. They used to be excellent, but today it was disappointing. I ordered breakfast hotcakes, steak, and a large iced coffee. I waited nearly 15 minutes at the second window. When I finally received my order, the iced coffee was small and full of ice. The staff member was rude when I asked about this. She seemed very angry, and I couldn't understand why. I called management and left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. I usually think this is the best McDonald's I’ve seen, but today’s service was poor. My marketing class taught me that it’s best not to return to a place where you receive resentful customer service. By the way, the male cashier was excellent.

My family and I went to the drive thru this evening at 11:10 PM and were told they are closed when google and the website says 12 AM close. And there was a man inside by the first window just looking at cars in the drive thru. This is unacceptable for an establishment and should be taken seriously as this is an overly common occurrence!!!

This is an awful McDonalds that I live right next to now. I drive 10 mins out of the way to go to another McDonald’s. I witnessed a worker set a mop down and immediately put food in a bag without washing their hands. Very nasty and not safe.

They don't use gloves at all. Cleans their sweat off head and touches your buns. Gross as hell

Go to this Mcdonalds if you like cold fries and a crap shoot on your order being correct. The staff seems to be trying but maybe the training for the workers is lacking. This is the closest Mcdonalds to my house but I won't be going back after three bad visits in a row.
