MOD Pizza is usually a great place to eat, but this location was disappointing. The dining room was dirty — and it wasn’t even busy. Our food was okay, but definitely not the best I’ve had from MOD.

Mod pizza is usually a fine choice for fast food style pizza. Crispy dough, plenty of ingredient options.
This location though, might be the worst one. The staff here are terrible. They have no sense or urgency or efficiency. Lots of just wasting time and standing around not paying any attention. There needs to be some real training to happen here. If I ever order on the app, I will need to show up like 20 min after the pick up time for them to have it ready.

It's hard to even give one star for Atmosphere. The Buda MOD location is SO FILTHY. I have tried to give it a second, 3rd, 4th try but every time is the same. They pile up dirty dishes on the floor for you to look at while ordering. The trash cans are overflowing and there is food and trash all over the floor. The food is fine for the purpose (fast food) but the cleanliness is terrible. The Kyle location is quite the opposite so I am not sure what's going on ... are they individually owned and the Buda owner doesn't care? I would like to see this restaurant cleaned up before trying to go back again ... which I doubt I will.

We come here often because we like the pizza and the blackberry lemonade! I must say the only person who seems to bake the pizzas to perfection is Sergio, he also provides great customer service. There have been a handful of times when I come in just to buy some lemonade and those times I’ve been turned away with “We are out”, when I ask if they have any in the back, they say “no”. Sergio today went out of his way to go make some more and fill up the lemonade dispensers. And one other time a different guy went and filled my glass from the back for me, I didn’t catch his name, but I was pleasantly surprised that he did that for me after all the other times being turned away. Thank you so much Sergio, just know you were greatly appreciated.

We ordered two days in a row from them - both times, red sauce with mozzarella and pepperoni Day 1 - in store order, to go - the staff was friendly and polite, the place was clean; we ordered the regular red sauce that day and it was VERY tasty Day 2 - ordered online, to go - helpful staff at pick up; this time we ordered the spicy red sauce and weren't as impressed with it, the regular red sauce had more flavor
