She never wants to put any food in plate and will argue every time that it's enough. She has Zero customer service skills. As long as she's there I will not go to this location. SHE IS SO RUDE!!!!

The rice was basically white rice with a hair of soy sauce on it. It had zero flavor, I also got broccoli beef that had two pieces of beef in it literally, my husband got black pepper chicken that was all onions and celery. Just a waste of money! Don’t do it!

Reason 4 stars on the food because the kung Pao chicken pieces were to big not diced like it usually is,but other than that food was delicious.

A typical Panda Express delicious as usual. I guess I hit it at the wrong time cause some of the sides didn't look attempting so I waited for what was being cooked and had that . Highly recommend for fast good food

We ordered 4 meals - and 3 were the kids menu. One of them was supposed to be the walnut shrimp which was an extra charge - but instead we got the chicken and green beans.
The sweet fire chicken also only came with 4 small chicken pieces for a whole meal. That’s basically an appetizer.
No quality check before they send it out.
And forget trying to call them about it - I just tried calling 4 times to talk to someone about our wrong order and no one picked up any of those 4 times. Horrible!

Went to Panda tonight and had one of the worst experiences. My friend and I placed two separate orders through the Panda app for pick-up. Upon arriving I received my food, however they had given hers away to another person. They retook her order after brushing me off as I tried to re-explain that it wasn't our fault and I had to wait about 35 minutes with my newborn upset in the parking lot as I watched many orders get made before my friends was. When it was finally brought to me, there was only a small apology only after I had asked why it took long. Then, I went through the line again to see if they could remake my food since it was sitting in my car while I had waited. The manager did not seem apologetic at first as he kept saying "they made my friend's order twice" and not actually listening to the situation. He finally said he would take my order back and remake it but I needed to get my newborn home. I was super frustrated and crying by this point so, without looking me in the eye he said he could remake the plate for another day. I hate that I had to get to that point in order to be heard. I finally said thank you and left. Overall, I spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting for two online orders placed at 7:45 to be picked up at 8:10 that I took home at 9:15. This put me home at 10 where my sick friend and her kids were sitting there hungry left to eat very late on a school night. Very disappointed and very upsetting for what was supposed to be a easy dinner night.

Service was nice and atmosphere was pleasant but good gods I'm hungry I want more food than a bird could eat
I usually order pick-up through the drive thru. Usually the wait is not long and the food comes out hot and fresh. There have been a couple times where they have forgotten like 1 side but overall usually pretty good food and service. I continue to eat there fairly regularly.

Every time i order beef and broccoli from this place, its always all broccoli and no beef. Wheres the beef?!!! Yall can do better, its freaking ridiculous. we already pay outrageous prices for your food. And then yall have the audacity to ask for a damn donation every time i go through your drive through. The least you can do is hook us up on some beef in the beef and broccoli. Unbelievable!!!

We received excellent service and we were able to get in,order, pay for our food in around 5 minutes. The place was very clean and had what we most like to order.
