Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches on DoorDash two were regular one was ghost pepper. Received order and was only 2 sandwiches and both were ghost pepper. Called store and talked about wrong order and they wanted driver to return for other sandwich. Driver arrived back with another ghost pepper. Wife doesn’t do hot so not happy. This location is renowned for messing orders up. Had to finally speak up and leave review.

Girl working the window at 10pm tonight was the single rudest fast food worker I've ever encountered. Also would only open the window enough to slip the food through so you couldn't talk to her.

First time and my last the drive thru menu was broken so ordering was fun and the staff was annoyed the whole time. They have very poor attitudes and to top it off I didn't get my order right...or hot had to microwave everything...safe to say not coming back

This location never has wings ready. I ordered boneless wings one day and they said it would be 4 minutes to cook and it ended up being 11. Mind you I’m in the drive thru. So today I ordered my wings online ahead of time at 2:27. It said my order would be ready at 2:44. I showed up at 2:43 and the girl working the window literally just opened it, didn’t say a word, I said I was picking up an order, and she just closed the window. She didn’t speak a word. Then she opens the window back up and says “it’s going to be 7 minutes please pull forward.” I said I already placed this order ahead of time . She said “well she just put it in.” Horrible service. And you can’t cancel the order either apparently so I had to contact Popeyes online now I have to wait 24-48 hours to hear something back.

Well the fries were so bad, the bone in chicken was salty and tasted like it was burned, the breast was very oily and like it didn’t finish cooking, the skin was white from the inside. Even the mashed potatoes were watery. Plus I think they don’t have enough personal. The girl at front was nice I asked her if something change because everything was so bad and she said yes. Plus they have the fries and everything on a pans which I never saw it like that at another. I had a video of my chicken but for some reason it’s not letting me upload. Go to Kyle it’s always good at that location.

ordered 2 four pieces with potatoes with extra gravy ...guy at window confirmed the order i left the drive thru and got home to find out shorted 2 pieces of chicken on both orders and barely any gravy. call the store and they couldn't even do proper math tried to justify the screwup and hot caught in lie, aa I had bought the same meal 3 days prior. store/staff rip off artists. staff even said now they charge $3 for extra gravy. smh screw this olace.
I had an exceptional experience at Popeyes in Buda, TX, thanks to the outstanding customer service from the manager on duty. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, but the manager truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. They were attentive, courteous, and handled my order with great care, even checking in to make sure everything was prepared to my satisfaction.
The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere felt warm and friendly. It's not every day that you receive such personalized service in a fast-food restaurant, but the manager made sure my experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for great food and exceptional service. Keep up the fantastic work!

Went there an hour before closing and was told I could not get fresh food because the kitchen was closed. I will not pay $12 for cold chicken. Employee had mad attitude and looked like they hated working there. There needs to be a massive re-training there, and it needs to start with customer service first. Very disheartening.
