Man, whoever put this place together ???. Such an inviting place. Kind employees, clean spaces, lots of seating, so kid friendly, Great coffee, and they host so many great events. They did it so right here. This place isn't ever going away. #progresscoffee2124

I had a drip coffee and it was good. The baristas were attentive and welcoming. Lots of good spots to sit and work, or just hang out. They had 3 food trucks on site, the breakfast tacos at the taco truck were good!
I'm editing my original review to comment on the owner's reply to my review. I would have given an overall five-star rating if more parking was available and if the cost of coffee was more reasonable.

Coffee was great, friendly staff, and so many food truck options on-site! I’ve never been to a coffee shop with so many comfortable seating options. Only con was the parking situation, I had to park down the street a little bit. All is good though! Definitely will be back!

It is a Tuesday night :/…. 60’s - 70’s nauseating music the whole time? Why do yall have a touch tunes machine if you don’t allow other songs to be played ? This has the makings of a fun venue.. no mlb channels during The playoffs for the World Series.? . a lot of fun people In this neighborhood!! and we don’t all like the t-sippers or the boring rangers.. .. UFC footage???? Please make this my go to watering hole.. right now I rather go to downtown Kyle, Tx!

My husband and I went to check out the place as we have heard it was a great place for food, fun, and entertainment.
We ordered chicken tacos which were ok, not bad just need to work on the flavor a little. The price was great for portions, so no complaints there.
The service was wonderful and fast from the food truck and the bar. The bartender was friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Great cerebral conversation indeed.
The bartender made our drinks with excellent execution and accuracy.
The atmosphere was low lit lighting and many kind faces and folks around to mingle and chat with. The majority of the crowd seemed friendly and we felt safe. Very modern and trendy decor. They have games to borrow if you're bored. Huge patio to walk around and find somewhere to sit and enjoy an evening or morning.
Overall they seem to have a popular craft cocktail or fancy coffee concept to offer the community. In reading through these comments, it seems to me that most of the community is happy Progress is here and appreciates the owner's efforts in curating such a distinguished option for those with a broad palette. The keen sense of source tracing coffee and flavor profiles in the cocktails offered is appreciated by my husband and I. We are glad Progess is close by, so we no longer have to drive all the way to Austin for something similar.
We will be back and please give these owner's time to work out the kinks with being a neighborhood late night option. It looks like they're trying, so please lighten up a little.

Trying to enjoy family night with my daughter and all we can hear is the music from this "coffee" bar. They don't seem to care about their neighbors at all.
