I'm blowing up Schloktsky's social media to give praise to their Buda location because we had a great experience today, May 8, 2025. It's not often we encounter a friendly, genuinely happy food service worker during our days on the road. Today we totally did and the employee there, Matthew, deserves all the kudos for his super kind and positive attitude. With a 100% accurate and quality order on top of it, I'd recommend this location to anyone!
This particular schlotzskys restaurant never follows the menu shown on the website. Advertised right now are 3 brisket sandwiches including the Cuban brisket sandwich which my mouth was salivating over. However when I got to this location, I was told they did not have any of the brisket sandwiches. Instead their specials were the hip chic trio chicken sandwiches. Why the hell doesn't this location follow the rest of the company? Very disappointed!!!!
Best customer Service!! Really enjoyed eating there after church!!
