Bought a Strawberry Chicken Salad for $9.79 and the person who fixed the salad forgot the chicken!

This place is horrible! I pulled up 20 minutes before close and they denied me service and whoever was taking orders also caught an attitude. The date is 8/29/25.. whoever the manager is should be fired!

This location is usually pretty good, and the employees are friendly. However today I met the assistant manager who was working the register named Flor. I asked if I could sub sausage for pepperoni she said there will be an extra charge. The other employees always said that was okay to submit for meat. So I just canceled the order. She then told the other employee that I was being rude. Well I saw it as the other way around. Maybe the customer is not always right, but she could have least been nice about it.

I bought 3 frosted cookies and they didn't put them in my bag. I live in Canyon Lake so I couldn't drive back to get them. I tried to call but they won't answer. I'm pissed.

If you could leave zero stars there would be more reviews like this. Came through the drive thru and was told they were closed. When asking what time they closed they confirmed it was 8pm. Yes it was 7:50 but when I worked in restaurants you were open till the hour. Worst service and will never return.

There are many Saturdays we frequent this location after a Power Washing job and one thing we can always count on is seeing Matt at the window. His customer service skills are remarkable and a breath of fresh air. He has always been very professional and polite even when they are busy. Matt is the reason we continue to choose Schlotzsky’s over the competitors in the area.

I'm blowing up Schloktsky's social media to give praise to their Buda location because we had a great experience today, May 8, 2025. It's not often we encounter a friendly, genuinely happy food service worker during our days on the road. Today we totally did and the employee there, Matthew, deserves all the kudos for his super kind and positive attitude. With a 100% accurate and quality order on top of it, I'd recommend this location to anyone!

Excellent experience at this location, mainly due to a friendly, super awesome employee named Matthew who brightened our day with a 100% accurate order and a totally positive and happy vibe! He made our dreary Thursday much better!

Nice change of pace from the burger places. Nice staff. Dine in, drive-thruor take our. Sandwiches are goods. Soups. Too.

The manager (or maybe shift lead?) was incredibly sweet and accommodating! Really made my day a lot better.

I ordered an avocado Turkey sandwich. It was disappointing to have gotten a peppered turkey sandwich. It was horrible and they don't bother to tell customers that the turkey is loaded with pepper. I prefer the Schlotzshy's in Kyle because they tell the customers what the sandwich comes with.

They may have been understaffed, but that didn't effect the quality or experience. Everyone was working so hard. Flo was outstanding! Thank you so much for your service and kindness, (on a personally rough day).

I am not near the area and was hungry and stopped quickly to get something to eat. I was greeted by Anthony and he was absolutely awesome. You can tell he is a genuinely good human being and wants to send good vibes into the universe. Thank you Anthony. I was really tired after being in traffic for almost an hour but you brightened my entire evening.
