I come here on the way to work in the morning ,half the time there's a sign that says speaker not working and to go to window (has happened 4 times) but nobody is ever there or nobody answers .never had an issue with them in the past , service has declined especially in the morning at this location, not a happy customer.

Crazy to me that I came in the middle morning where everything should've been cooked fresh and I received hard over cooked tots....oh and don't ask for ketchup which is a condiment that usually comes with tots or fries they will charge you for it!!! What's next are they going to charge for the straw that comes with your drink!! Just crazy!

Gotta be the worst drive thru experience I’ve had in a really long time. I never go to sonic but since I had a gift card I decided to give it a shot. I give the cashier the gift card. She rings it out (so she thinks) then swipes my card. I ask what my total is and she can’t tell me. Finally after insisting what my total is I see the gift card wasn’t charged and my cc was charged the full amount. The manager said they couldn’t use the gift card in store and only online and just refunded my meal.
The kicker is, I get home and I’m missing my son’s corn dog and the fries for my burger. Won’t be going back there. Wow. Waste of time and I’m still hungry and so is my son.
My husband, daughter and I stopped for shakes and a blast. My daughter's M&M Blast was good and it was cold. My husband's and my milkshakes were terrible. He ordered vanilla and I ordered banana. I could barely taste the banana flavor. (They used to use real bananas.) The shakes didn't even feel cold. I don't know if they whipped the ice cream up into a froth making it lose it's ice cream texture and coldness, but it was terrible. How can ice cream NOT feel cold? It will be a very long time before I go to Sonic for a milkshake again.

Worst sonic ever! Food is horrible. Service is horrible. Restrooms are deplorable. Need some new management at this location! Management is obviously not doing their job. Would give zero stars if that was possible.
