They put expired blueberries in my oatmeal…. I mixed everything together when I was at work, then noticed that oatmeal tastes weird, looked at the package and it said to use by October 2. Today is October 5. Gross. Also filled my cup of hot latte only up to 75%….why, for room for milk? It’s a latte, it already comes with steamed milk.

I was the only person in line inside the store with 5-6 baristas working. The line out in the drive thru was obviously more important. Had to waive someone down to get a cup! When I finally got someone’s attention, the person was unfriendly and put out.

This Starbucks is great! Honestly, Starbucks isn't normally my favorite coffee. However, their shaken espressos have my heart! I went in yesterday with a friend and ordered a Honey Lavender shaken espresso (because honey lavender lattes at home are my go-to.) Dom looked at me and said, yeah I can make that, that sounds great. It was so good and he was so kind, so I came back again today to spoil myself with another! :) If you like Honey and Lavender I highly recommend ordering one and you won't be disappointed. Also, come to the Buda, TX location because Dom and his team and always super kind and have created such a welcoming environment! -XOXO a Coffee Snob

Met one of the sweetest employees today. As a vet tech we don’t get recognized hardly at all and today a male employee-I didn’t catch his name thanked me for what I do. It absolutely made my night and we need more kind hearted people like him in the customer service industry! Thank you again! That meant so much more to me than you know!

They don't have the blonde veranda coffee. It's on the menu, but they don't serve it. If you go early in the morning (like 7am) , they will tell you that it's 'too early' for blonde. I mean because who in the world is ordering coffee in the morning at Starbucks, right!?And if you go late morning or early afternoon (or any other time), they'll tell you, 'oh sorry, it's too late for the blonde'. At this point, it really should just be taken off the menu because out of eleventy hundred times I've asked for a blonde roasted coffee bean, it has never been available for purchase at this location (sad face). #firstworldproblems

Well I used to like this place. Today I was late to my next meeting because of them. It took them 20 minutes to make my previously planned online order, AFTER I got to the store. So disappointed!
