The hours listed online and on the front door state the store is open until 10:00 PM on Saturdays. I got there at 8:00 PM on March 16th, and the store was closed.

I placed my order on the app, I waited until it said my order was ready to go inside and pick it up, the staff said they hadn't even started it yet. There were 3 people on shift when I walked in and none of them seemed to care at all about my order. I waited 15 minutes after I went in before my order was finally ready. While they worked on my order they made comments about what they did and didn't like about my particular order. They complained amongst each other about the staffing and business. Hands down the most unprofessional and sad experience I've ever had at subway! Took over half an hour to get an order that I placed on the app. Horrible experience!

New Year’s Day hungry ,on my way to work. I walk in, there is no acknowledgment. The employee looked like she just rolled out of bed and needed a bath and and now upset that I wanted to order because I interrupted her phone conversation. I asked for the soup of the day. She said they had none and still did not ask how she could help me. Just stared at me. after I had to initiate conversation. So I just walked out. Will not be going back there until they hire professional people that actually want to work.

There’s nothing wrong with this place foods good staff does awesome people are just picky and customers seem to have a lack of understanding on what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to this location there’s been several times when store is very short handed and people can’t understand that that’s a lot for one person to handle the staff does with they can to the best of there ability and it just a seems like people are really picky and unappreciative of the effort so before posting bad reviews because your picky put yourself in the workers shoes and try to be more compassionate instead of complaining food was great

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a subway. Walked In the girl was making a sandwich with a phone in her hand and all her hair hanging over the food. I asked her to change her gloves and she went and stayed in the back for about 20 min before I decided to just leave.

Horrible customer service. I have tried to be patient with this location, literally for like two years, but seriously every single time I order from this location something goes wrong. From sandwiches not being ready, to "we never got your order", to "oh we just got your order" my orders are never done without a problem. Then their excuses are beyond ridiculous. "We don't control the app", "I don't know how", "I can't do that". Like seriously it doesn't matter if you redecorate, it doesn't matter if they get new management, this location is always horrible and always a disappointment. If Subway wanted to protect their name they should really consider closing this location because they are not a good look for them.

This store is never open at the stated hours. It can be 11 AM , 3 PM, 5 PM, or any other time when the sign on the door says they're open, but the doors will be locked. Often times the employees are milling around pretending to do busy work and will just ignore anyone that comes up to the door. Tried again today and the door was locked with the two employees inside, but one had the "courtesy" of opening the door to tell us they're closing early for unspecified reasons. I can only assume because they didn't want to work.On the off chance that you do catch them open, the employees clearly do not want to be there, do not give service and are often out of stock on numerous ingredients.The other two Subway establishments in Kyle are largely the same, workers that don't want to work and have bad attitudes.I travel all over the state and these three are by far the worst Subway establishments I've seen. Don't waste your time going here.

Do not go here unless you want your food made by someone high on Fentanyl. I ordered online, within 2 minutes got a call that they were out of Tuna and Steak. I asked to cancel, since the app doesn't let you cancel, they said I had to cancel through the doordash app, I tried explaining multiple times I ordered through the subway app. Drove to their location, was less than a 2 minute drive as I was right behind the store. When I went inside, they had both steak and Tuna on the line. The Tuna looked dry, and you can tell it was not kept to temp, so I ended up having to change the sandwiches and even with the printout from the online order and me telling the guy who was almost like a zombie what to put on the sandwiches he still kept putting the wrong veggies on the sandwiches. After he was done, he wrapped all the foot longs into separate 6" portions and then proceeded to try to charge me for an order I had already paid for.I will not be going to this location again. I am surprised they are still open with service like this. The Subway I used to manage would never have sunk this low. The gra chose owner needs to step in before they lose this location as it is going downhill fast and about to cause someone to get sick or worse.The herb and cheese bread was made in a way all the cheese was just globbed on the middle of the bread and not uniformly spread out, and none of the sandwiches had much sauce on them.

It’s been 3 nights in a row that I’ve gotten to the store between 9pm-9:20pm and the store hours close at 10pm. The worker has said they are are making bread and preparing for the next day when I talked through door. I tried to call and no one picked up and I can see all the workers inside. Please change the sign or get your workers more prepared. I’m hangry and it’s false advertising. I got a family and kids that I’m trying to feed. We all love subway too. But not this subway anymore.
