I was expecting the pastor to have that classic red color from all the spices/sauce + grilling, but instead it was pink, like a very unappetizing pink color. It tasted pretty good though. I didn't taste the green sauce, but the red sauce needs more heat.

I really don't know how you can get that kind of pink color on food though, unless you make the usual pastor meat and the rinse off all the spices in water?

I ordered catering from this taco truck for my son’s birthday party, and they absolutely nailed it. We recently moved back from Mexico, and my son was craving al pastor tacos. When I asked him how they were, he said, 'They were amazing!!!'

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the tacos and kept asking where we got them. Several even texted me later to say they’d gone back for breakfast tacos and thought they were some of the best they’ve ever...

This is food your fat best friend’s mom cooks. Delicious. FRESH ingredients, VERY generous portions, great prices. I drank that birria consommé like it was bone broth.

The chef knows what they are doing and it’s not too salty! The sauces are divine, well balanced and quite spicy.

Seems to be a husband and wife duo, they were the sweetest and everything was so clean.

Come eat here and leave a good tip! $$
