At 67 years old I've eaten more pastries than I should have and I can honestly say without a doubt the raspberry kolache that I had at Teal House is far and away the best pastry that I've ever eaten in my entire life. The sad part is I don't live in Texas so all I can do is dream about them until I'm back in town.
OMG!!!!! Visiting Buda from Canada. Walked into the bakery on a Monday...they were closed. Walked around the store a bit and the bakery owner surprised us by offering to make 2 croissant cinnamon buns especially for us if we were OK to wait......we were most definitely OK to wait......not disappointed. So impressed with the product and the customer service!!!!! Will 100% return.
Truly a hidden gem.

The atmosphere inside is great especially since you can just take your sweeets next door to Meridian.
