Stopped to order from drive thru and when I pulled my cash out I tore the last $20 bill I had on me and the cashier refused to take my twenty with one tear on it it wasn't faded or worn it was a crisp new bill so they lost a sale and a customer over that incident.

By far, the best whataburger ,after the corporate take over. Even tho the bread has changed, for the worse and the Styrofoam cups have been altered and the spoons at most Whataburgers are extinct, this is consistently the best.

Whataburger used to be the best burger place to eat at anytime of the day. Unfortunately the food and service has gone down hill. Hopefully the two locations I used to go frequently ( twice a week ) get back to serving good food and providing good customer service.

This is the third different Whataburger that charged me for adding cheese then did not put it on. This time the guy even verified the order saying I added cheese then didn't put it on. Having to add cheese in the first place for a 6$ hamburger is insane then not getting the cheese is beyond insane to me. Probably not going to eat at any Whataburger for a long time.
