Whataburger used to be the best burger place to eat at anytime of the day. Unfortunately the food and service has gone down hill. Hopefully the two locations I used to go frequently ( twice a week ) get back to serving good food and providing good customer service.

This is the third different Whataburger that charged me for adding cheese then did not put it on. This time the guy even verified the order saying I added cheese then didn't put it on. Having to add cheese in the first place for a 6$ hamburger is insane then not getting the cheese is beyond insane to me. Probably not going to eat at any Whataburger for a long time.

My order was incomplete I ordered a number 7 with medium size drink and fries. Plus an apple pie. Well I didn’t have the apple pie with my order I get to work open my bag and nothing 😏

We stopped here for lunch on our 24 day bus trip to the deep south with Nagel Bus Tours and I was not impressed.I heard glowing reviews about Whataburger .The food was not that great and it was nothing special.It was a plain tasting burger.I will not go back .I would go to an A and W OR DQ and even a Burger King ahead of Whataburger.
