Every time I come here it’s infuriating. I order food on the app, take ten mins for me to get here from my house. Then I’m left waiting to even speak to anyone someone for another 10. And then another 20 later I might get my food. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Store always trashed too. No one cleans. Also how is it that someone orders bunch of chicken after I get here, and they get that before I get my one BOB?

Ordered plain boneless wings with sauce on the side. They forgot to give me the sauce. How do you forget the sauce? Did not see the error until I was home. Super disappointing. No attention to detail. Where is the manager to oversee any of the work? You pay for your food, your order should be correct.

I'm not sure how they can take peoples’ hard-earned money and serve food that was knowingly unacceptable. I paid for two burgers and two medium fries and made a five-minute drive to the house only to discover the fries were stale and the burgers were cold. So cold, that the cheese on both burgers looked like I pulled them out of my refrigerator and threw them in between two buns. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. I won't ever eat there ever again!

On a Sunday, we arrived early for lunch, which starts at 11am. We were able to place our lunch order 10 minutes before and they delivered it to curbside very shortly after 11am. We got exactly what we wanted.
