If you had canes this is 10x time better plus the variety the employees are very communicative and help you out if you live in Austin I promise you it's worth the drive not to mention those loaded fries ?? were A1 delicious you will not regret it but will regret if you keep eating at canes and don't come here and try it for yourself you will make that drive? I promise you! I come from Austin to have me some finger drooling chicken ?? and wings not to mention that sauce you thought canes sauce was good ? you haven't had Zaxby's sauce make you want to put it on everything 10x time better then old canes sauce so cmon on down and see what all the fuss is about

First time trying Zaxby’s n I noticed you get a reward when you download the app tried to include it in the meal I had just bought but the manager Nancy was too lazy to try n add in my rewards told me to just purchase a new item instead of honoring the deal they had going on. Poor service from

They don't clearly state on receipts that you need to keep the top half in order to redeem their free food option. Also last time I didn't need to order another big zax snack meal to get the free one but maybe the cashier the other night was just wrong idk.It's super annoying to go through your online survey AND writing down the code.

Great service anytime we go there greeted with a smile. Food has only ever been hot and fresh don't go out often however this is in the top places to go. Their chicken tenders also make great next day wraps or Ceasar salad if you have left overs....

I went to this location at Buda, TX and it was in the afternoon after I took a customer to Austin, TX and on my way home, I thought I would try zaxby's because there is one opening close to where I live in San Antonio. So, I wasn't too happy because the prices were just very high for ordering 10 wings and they were so small that $14.99 for 10 small winds were just a waste. Also, the young lady that was taking my order had a cold and/or cough while she was wiping trays. Also, the atmosphere in this restaurant was just unhappy employees and when I was asking for more ice, I was brushed off by an employee and rudely told to go to the front counter. I will not be recommending this location and it's in Buda, TX off of I-35. I spent $24.43 for 10 very small flat wings, cheese curds (which didn't even fill the tray it came in), and a large soda. This was an expensive lunch, being a rideshare driver trying to make money that day. I should have just gone to chick-fil-a or even Raising Canes and spent a lot less on my lunch. These two restaurants that I've mentioned has HAPPIER EMPLOYEES and they greet you with the ultimate respect. This Zaxby's location has UNHAPPY EMPLOYEES.

Their chicken salad is truly the best!!!We are from Arizona; where there is no Zaxbys, so anytime we travel and we see one, it's pretty much a done deal! We dont even need to think about it. The salad is always fresh, and the chicken is delicious. I can't say anything else about the other food because I tried the chicken salad once while visiting my mom in Georgia and didnt need anything else.
Their self-serve Drink Machine is obviously not maintained and cleaned properly because it sprayed syrup all over my clothes. My daughter who was with me works at a restaurant and said that it was clear that they're not cleaning it so I would probably avoid this place again altogether because if they can't clean or maintain their soda machine who knows what they do in their kitchen. I tried to address the issue with the so-called manager on duty. Apparently this wasn't the real manager and this person refused to give me the manager's full name so that I could contact this person when they return from vacation in the event that my expensive custom shirt was permanently damaged. During our conversation she admitted knowing that this machine would spray syrup out which I find even more concerning because they clearly don't care to clean it or maintain it if they knew the problem exists. This person obviously was not a manager of any kind and if they are they shouldn't be, let alone be representing this company. I certainly hope the owner of this franchise sees my review because as you could observe I'm not a low-level reviewer and I don't leave bad reviews that aren't deserved. It's a shame because the food is excellent however I will never go to this location again out of fear of getting sick and knowing that if there's any kind of issue employees treat you terribly.

Are first time in we heard lots of good things about this place well we will never be back you send out coupons and we were told that we could only use one per visit I was like whatttt. When you get a beverage you get and you have to get a full cup of ice because the beverage machine only serves hot pop and the mix isn't right had to get are beverages from the counter no ketchup and the chicken n fries were cold and I got a salad that was hot hmmmm kinda backwards needless to say we won't be back wasn't very expressed with anything with this place so thanks

With other chicken places so readily available in the area I'm shocked this place is still standing. I decided to switch things up and went here with my mother on a visit. The guy who took our order insisted on mumbling everything he said and we had to ask him to repeat himself no less than five times. Asking him what we should get he said whatever we thought looked good. I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich and my mom got the strips, and when I asked for a sauce it was 39 cents per sauce, which once I got it the tiny container was only 1/4 full and tasted like vinegar with red food coloring in it.They were completely out of ice and the tea was weak. The whole place looked dirty and the floors had a grime on them, but the booths were clean enough.Once we got the food I was shocked to find that the sandwich had cold cheese, un-melted, cold sauce of some mayo-based variety and cold pickles and a plain, cold bun which all led to my sandwich being a lukewarm mess with an un-crispy and plain-tasting breast. Not even a salty flavor. Just... Plain. The fries tasted like they were frozen from a bag at Walmart.I should have gotten my money back but didn't... Just avoid this place. I was hoping for a new place to add to my cycle of restaurants since it's close to home but it has no redeeming qualities. Disappointing.

Tried Zaxby's for the first time today.The menu was a bit overwhelming. Two young ladies, Natalie and Alicia, took the time to break it down for us and gave great recommendations. we ordered a number 1, a #3, and a Philly sandwich. Gia even brought everyones food out to their tables. The chicken was delightfully juicy. The wings were tangy, and the frys were crisp, add they're zax sauce, and you won't stop at just one. The sandwich was different but a must try. Overall the food was good but the service was great!
