My husband is the steak eater of the family and says Perini is the best. I love the grilled chicken and dusted shrimp. My go to side dish is the green chili hominy. The salad is fresh tasting and the rolls served before the meal are delicious.
Dessert? Hands down the strawberry shortcake- a different take than what most of us are familiar with. Warm strawberries are served over homemade sugar biscuits with a little pitcher of cream.

One of the coolest places to eat in West Texas. Ranch setting with amazing food, but bring the extra change from the couch cushions because it's a bit expensive, especially the drinks.

Well, y'all, what can I say? Perini's Ranch Steakhouse is phenomenal. It was our first time going and we were not disappointed. We had a reservation for 6 pm, and from the moment we walked in, our experience was great. The hostesses were so sweet, and our waiter was GREAT. We started our evening with jalapeño bites. Mexican martini and a peach bourbon something. It's all very tasty! I ordered the pork chop plate with a Cesar salad and green chili hominy. The pork chops were huge, and the hominy was fabulous. My SO ordered a peppered strip steak with a side salad. Y'all, it was so good. Let's not forget we received a basket of bread. The service, atmosphere, and food make this establishment way above a 5.

My wife surprised me with a lunch and a night in the cabin for my 73'd birthday.
It could not have been better. Our son's family of 4 joined us. The steaks, and salads, and kid's meals were fabulous .
Our server Evan was perfection. No one could have been better.
We drove 675 mi. for this lunch and it was worth every mile.
