Went with 15 friends on a Saturday evening and the food and service were great. The steak was definitely one of the best we’ve had in any restaurant, anywhere. My husband split his 12 oz. bone-in filet, and since we like it cooked different ways our waitress (who has worked there for ten years and knows her job!) explained if we ordered the steak cooked medium, that it would be medium rare near the bone and she promised we would both be happy - we were, and the seasoning was...
Excellent steaks, burgers, and everything else. Never had a bad meal at Perini's! Highly recommended!

A must visit if you are in the Abilene area. A true Texas roadhouse steakhouse. The groceries are not James Beard level as claimed in the description of the restaurant. But exceptional none the less. The only thing that I found lacking, was the Texas sheet cake. The worst sheet cake I have ever had.
The atmosphere of the ranch and Buffalo Gap. Are a combination of Glen Rose and Luckenbach Texas.
