A must visit if you are in the Abilene area. A true Texas roadhouse steakhouse. The groceries are not James Beard level as claimed in the description of the restaurant. But exceptional none the less. The only thing that I found lacking, was the Texas sheet cake. The worst sheet cake I have ever had.
The atmosphere of the ranch and Buffalo Gap. Are a combination of Glen Rose and Luckenbach Texas.

Service was top notch. Atmosphere, amazing. Food, extremely good, but the desserts should be done properly. My strawberry shortcake literally had a biscuit as the bread that we had as biscuits for dinner. I've had the privilege of dining at Michelin Star restaurants all
around the world. This place is an overall great dining experience. All in all in all, an amazing dinner for my father's 76th birthday. Definitely eating here again. Without dessert of course...
