This was our first time going. We went to Buffalo Gap for the flea market then found the saloon and decided to go eat when we left the market. We got there right when they had opened everything was great the food tasted great and it came out to us nice and hot. Kaitlyn was our server and she did amazing waiting on us and getting our food out in a timely manner. Definitely will be going back to the saloon to try the drinks next!

First time here, and it was great! Kaitlyne was our waitress and she ensured we had everything we needed, and more! She gave great suggestions and knew a lot about the ingredients on the menu. The chicken cesar wrap had great flavor, and was a perfect light lunch. Will be back to try the steak next time, and hopefully see Kaitlyne again! Hard to find good service like this anymore.

Decided to go to the Silver Buffalo on a whim and SO GLAD we did!!! The steak kabobs with side of green beans was AMAZING. The juice from the green beans was so delicious, I was dipping my steak in it!
We had the asada fries to start and they were excellent. Husband had the chicken sandwich which looked delicious as well.
The service is SLOW and they warn you on the door before you walk in: “we are not fast!!!” So if you’re in a hurry, maybe skip it until you have more time. We were just chillin on a lazy Mother’s Day weekend so it was perfect. Service was very friendly. We will be back!

It was our first time there. We went on a Sunday for lunch and we were greeted by Kaitlyne as soon as we came in. We were welcomed to sit anywhere. They do half off apps on Sundays so we got carne asada fries and it was so good! I got the chicken fried chicken and my husband got the chicken fried steak sandwich. The appetizer made us somewhat full so when we got our entrees we only ate half and took the rest to go. Great experience and great service. We will definitely be going back.
