I want to begin this review by saying that my family and I love the silver buffalo saloon in Buffalo gap Texas! We enjoy Morgan, Amanda and Cheyenne they all do a fantastic job! The food is always very desirable and brought to us in a timely manner! That being said I do think that the cleanliness of the floors in the building need to be cleaned more often and cleaned better…if you can’t keep the floors clean it has to make one wonder what else is being neglected behind closed...
We love this place and eat here weekly and sometimes twice a week.

We always enjoy going to the Silver Buffalo! The food is consistently wonderful and portions are great! The service is always great!
Kaitlyne was our server today and greeted us with a beautiful smile and was attentive. We always love having her be our server!
