Really great food. We arrived right as they were putting out their buffet at lunch. It was all so good and fresh. The best part of the meal was the service. I don’t know if I have seen such happy and helpful staff. It wasn’t just the way they were serving their customers. They were all helping each other, picking up, serving, restocking the buffet. A true team effort. We will definitely be back!

Found this restaurant on google, had only 5 star reviews and I’m adding my 5 star ! Friendly servers and great food. They had a delicious looking buffet with fried shrimp, catfish, and lots of other items but we went for their chicken and steak finger baskets- really yummy! Easy to see why it’s rated so high and so popular- their parking lot was full at 11:45am! Too bad it’s so far from Austin or we’d be regulars too!

I'm a truck driver and just ran out of drive time saturday afternoon and barely made it to the pilot truck stop here in buffalo on my way back to Houston and went here for breakfast this morning had the spanish omelet with cheesy grits,biscuit and gravy with chocolate milk, I forgot the young black girls name but the food was on point along with my waitress and loved the family type atmosphere like everyone knows everyone loved it not too many places like this left keep making it do what it do cos you guys are killin it will definitely be back and will have my wife and grandbabies either me

Great place to stop for a good meal. We were driving through from Dallas to Houston and we happened upon it and we are so glad. We tried the buffet because we didnt know what we would like and we were not disappointed. The fried chicken, Salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes and dinner rolls were amazing. Everything was very good. Service was good too. Wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend.

Lunchtime is BUSY! The buffet is good-sized for lunch; you could also order just the salad bar portion of the buffet for a very reasonable reduced price. We had a good lunch at Anthony's. Coming from south of Buffalo, TX, it is difficult to find the way to Anthony's. A bunch of us did, though, and glad we did!

We went on Sunday, October 26. We got there around 2:30 pm, and our order was taken. I was amazed by how quickly it was brought to us, and it was good. Why did I rate it at only 3? Because #1, having one of the waiters hang over the rail to our table and point what he'd like us to give him from our plates - uncomfortable. #2 - despite taking our order at 2:30, about 10 minutes after we got our order, the waitress came by and asked if I needed a take-out box. Uhmmmm, I'll munch on it as we sit here and talk? Nope - turns out, don't believe the timeline that shows they're open until 10pm - they close at 3pm on weekends. Yep. Took our full order a half hour before closing, and never bothered telling us it was going to be a gulp and run experience.

Not very many restaurants to eat a on us 79. This is located on us 79 in Buffalo TX. Food was great. They have a buffet on Sundays. May have it on other days. Ate breakfast once there an lunch another day. Highly recommend this restaurant.
This was a good stop. The food was pretty good, but a great value for the price. The buffet might have better food options than the regular menu.
