Our 1st time there. Food was GREAT! Service was good. Only complaint! 7 year old boy hanging out in restaurant had a mouth like a sailor. I ask him does his mom allow him to talk like that. He said she doesn’t care. I’m not ok with that.

I've never actually dined at this restaurant. It actually looks pretty relaxing, though. One thing that really pisses me off, though, is not getting an order correct. We ordered a pick-up and was really looking forward to our meal at home. I get home and open up everything and not everything is there. WTF! No one checks this stuff before they box it up and hand it over to you. I wouldn't think that the customer should be responsible to open up there order right there on the premisses to make sure there order is correct. Apparently I'm wrong. It's not like they were busy. About 15 or so people in the whole establishment. You guys should take a bit more pride in making certain that your to-go orders include everything on your menu. An no, there is no need to call and complain. We stay about 20 miles or so from this place and we live in the woods.
Just an FYI to the establishment...make sure you are giving people what they pay for. I even left a damn tip! Damn!
Even if the food is not good at times, service is everything!!

If you're passing through Buffalo or are local, Cactus is a solid TexMex choice. It's not the absolute best TexMex I've had but it's still very good with good service. Very reasonably priced too.

Stopped by Cactus Grill Tex-Mex, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was great. I ordered the Fajita Trio with shrimp, beef, and chicken, and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My friend got the Palenque Chicken, which had a great ranchero sauce and melted cheese that paired well with the rice and beans. We also enjoyed their chips and salsa, which were fresh and flavorful.
Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable, and it’s a solid spot for a good Tex-Mex meal in Buffalo. We’ll definitely be back!

Hands down, best fajitas I've ever had, not that i have them terribly often, but let me tell ya amigo. Menu is not terribly small, but with the especials del dia. Quite a variety. They sometimes serve molcattes. This is rare here in Texas. As far as the places I've been to anyway. I went for the steak fajitas, Holy s$#t man, really really good. I mean really good. They come out piping hot, let the rare looking steak sit for 5 minutes. Combined with parilla peppers and onion, the seasonings and juices are sealed in these gems, so don't waste them. And get your veggies at the same time. Really good, especially for the price.

This is a better than average tex mex spot. The tortilla soup was ON POINT and the taco meat was really good. My husband enjoyed the guisada. We both liked the interesting murals on the wall. We both liked the hot sauce. We asked for an extra hot one and it was really good too.
