If you're passing through Buffalo or are local, Cactus is a solid TexMex choice. It's not the absolute best TexMex I've had but it's still very good with good service. Very reasonably priced too.
Stopped by Cactus Grill Tex-Mex, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was great. I ordered the Fajita Trio with shrimp, beef, and chicken, and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My friend got the Palenque Chicken, which had a great ranchero sauce and melted cheese that paired well with the rice and beans. We also enjoyed their chips and salsa, which were fresh and flavorful.

Hands down, best fajitas I've ever had, not that i have them terribly often, but let me tell ya amigo. Menu is not terribly small, but with the especials del dia. Quite a variety. They sometimes serve molcattes. This is rare here in Texas. As far as the places I've been to anyway.
