Placed an order on the app, husband drove 9 miles to pick up food, and they would not let my him pickup food. Manager said the phone had to be on premises!? Called to get money back, and the manager refused. Horrible customer service!

COMMUNICATION 12.09.2025 I go to the Buffalo Texas McDonalds Monday through Thursday and it’s great! Today waited at the drive thru speaker with customers in front, then went inside and the worker was on their personal phone and did not acknowledge the other customer and I that had walked in. I’m in customer service so I understand the frustration of being the only person taking on every role, but communication. Chime out to the speakers and let them know something and the same with the people on the inside. I did not order.

Stopped by on a Houston to Dallas drive as it was only about a five minute detour. Pro: Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms. Con: One of the saddest soft serves I've ever gotten at a McDonald's, and incredibly burnt coffee.
Wouldn't expect much from this one, but it does the job.
