I called in an order during a busy holiday, and my order was still finished in a timely manner. When something was unavailable, the manager called back to notify me of other options. Staff was kind and courteous. Highly recommend.

They were the BEST Pizza Hut we have EVER been to. The staff was awesome the food was amazing . I wish we didn’t live so far away! They were so great we even loved that we could go in and sit down instead of take out!

Picked up my order and was told they were out of lemon pepper seasoning so I chose Cajun. I could see the lady opening a seasoning packet with her teeth and dump the seasoning on the wings. Then I checked the pizza and there were about 16-20 pepperonis on a pepperonis lover pizza. I questioned why so little and was til they used the wrong pepperoni so it’s less. I asked for a remake and was told they were out of regular pepperoni. They offered $5 off for and order that wasn’t right and wouldn’t remake the pizza. The girl also wiped her nose with her bare hand and kept working. I asked for a refund and got told they would take $10 off. I said I want a refund because I’ll never eat here again.

This pizza ? hut in Buffalo was awesome. The food was fresh, hot? and prepared well. The lady that helped us was nice and friendly and she was very personable. She assisted us with our order for our organization with no problem or issues. We didn't even mind the wait so that she could call and contact her manager. Her name was Jenny, and she was cool. We will definitely return to this location the next time we are in that area because of her.

Pizza was fresh and hot. We were on the road wanted to sit and eat but it was pretty clear that isn't what they expect. When we managed to get an employees attention to order, after about 5 minutes, they had order and pay ahead to dine in. Pizza was brought to us at the table in the box but they did give us to go waters, forks and plates. Never saw an employee after that, but we just treated it as fast food rather than sit down and made sure we cleaned up well after ourselves. I don't really blame the employees, I'm sure they aren't paid right for dine in, owner/manger could probably just close off the dining room if it isn't available for service
