Food was cold. Ordered through the app. Tipped ahead of time. Our order was missing a third of the items. Took three trips for our server to get it correct. $39 for 3 meals and cheese sticks for majority of it to be cold and stale.

Today I used my mobile app and ordered 2 lg milkshakes. When we got to the window, we were told we would have to wait for 1 hour because they were cleaning the machines. And this was at 4:07pm. I asked for my money back and she told me I would have to go through the mobile app and gave me a number.
I called this number and I could not understand the person on the other end. Finally she got my ticket done and let me know it would be 7 to 10 business days for a refund!!! You have to be kidding me!!! Look that ticket was $15.00!!!!! We are already getting slammed against the wall! And they can't refund 15.00.
I then ask the lady if she was in the United States and was told NO! She was in the Phillipines!!! I am ashamed!!! We will pay to outsource our employees instead of helping the citizens right here at home!!

Ordered ahead on the app. The order took a long time compared to previous experience. There were two mistakes. We caught one when food was brought out. Noticed later no cheese on one of the kids burgers. Called to get the 0.89 credited and they told me they could not help and to call the 1-800 number, which I am unable to find. Would not revisit.

These are the strips they gave me in my chicken strip meal. I sent them back and they did the same thing again after apologizing. Didn’t want to waste my time here any longer so I left

Very clean with indoor dining options and easily accessible bathrooms. Great team, though they forgot an item twice. Would make a regular stop driving between Dallas and Houston.

Usually don’t have too many issues here, but never really ordered a meal either, just snacks or drinks. Tonight I ordered a smasher burger with no onions, extra pickles, and mustard with small groovy fries, and a side of ranch and salt packets.
Got the burger full of onions, with no mustard, and 3 pickles. Disappointing. Good thing I’m not allergic to onions!!!!

Pulled through the drive through and asked if they take Apple Pay (the worker said no). Had to drive all the way home to get my wallet, came back and pulled into one of the spaces where there was sign that said they do in fact take Apple Pay. I ordered my usual (orange cream slush), and had to literally SCREAM into the mic like five times for them to hear. She then told me that they don’t have orange flavoring and that it’s Fanta? I got it anyway. Suddenly the mic worked so I wasn’t having to scream so I guess that was fine. She came out to give me my order asking “did you get the orange cream slush” so first they don’t have that, then they do. There isn’t even a Fanta flavor on the menu. Incredibly inconvenient trip and incompetent workers every time I’ve ever gone. Also, the cherry limeade is very watered down.

We were traveling through Buffalo and stopped to get drinks, and the young lady at the drive through window was super friendly. She even noticed before she handed me my tea that the lemon was left out and corrected it. I was impressed with the employee's attentiveness and friendly smile.

Incredibly sweet and helpful employees!!! Unfortunately the manager was extremely rude. She verbally berated her employees the entire time they were attempting to fix HER accident, proceeded to try to argue with us (customers) over a simple question about our order, and CONTINUED to display a horrible attitude the entire time.

Probably the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. There’s no answer on the intercom for a solid 5 minutes so we pull up to the window and this crabby lady is mad at me for their mistake. Then they serve 2 people behind us and we had 1 burger and a couple corn dogs which barely takes time. Just plain bad service.

Worst Sonic I've ever tried in my life. The food was terrible. The hot dog was awful, the milkshake was disgusting, and the Coke was mostly ice with little flavor. Please be professional!
If you don't like working in a restaurant, find another job!

Sat inside. An older woman, I assume the manager, was terrible to the other employees. Talking/ shouting to them like they were stupid. Not cool. Everyone showed up to work, no need to treat them so poorly over such minor things.
