Could it have been worse? Maybe but it would have taken some effort and I don’t think they would have been willing to try. Restrooms were nasty and there were no towels. We ordered 2 sandwiches with different types of bread - but both were stale. Lettuce was slimy and brown and yellow colored. They didn’t have the items for either of the sandwiches we chose so we both had to go with something else. But when we told the employee that, she was rude and acted really put out that we didn’t want to order what they didn’t have. Then she had to keep looking back at the board because she didn’t know what went on the sandwhich. One bonus though: we did get to find the one clean table so that was great.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Subway was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The employees were rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated to even take my order. Instead of listening, they rushed through, ignored simple requests, and made me feel like I was bothering them.
The sandwich was thrown together carelessly, ingredients were stale, and presentation was sloppy. On top of that, the staff had zero sense of customer service—no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make things right when I pointed out mistakes.
If this is the level of service Subway considers acceptable, it’s no wonder customers are walking away. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management address the unprofessional behavior of the staff before more customers are driven away.

Worst place ever! Ordered food but only got half and had to go back. I ordered off the app so I didnt see them make my food. My bowl of salad was only half full and they forgot half the stuff I requested in it. The salad was terrible at almost 11$ i could have went to The Pharm and got a real salad for that price. Subway used to be good, what happened?

I never checked out the reviews here, and i wish I did before going. The young lady made me wait 6-8 minutes before helping me, and while making my sandwich she was talking to the other staff(my impression- “customer is not welcome”. Her voice was super soft when she’d ask me a question but she wasn’t that soft talking to the other guys in the kitchen; the gossip was more interesting to her, it seems. I couldn’t hear her, she kept looking away while she was talking to me ( I didn’t even know when she was talking to me or to them) so confusing and rude.. anyways, I went to get foot long herbs and cheese, the girl said they only had white and wheat bread (during lunch time) and she looks at me like (you wanted or not?. Agh, attitude! I got the sandwich with grilled chicken, and wanted a variety of Veggies but the only thing that look fresh was the tomatoes and bell peppers, such a sad sandwich; the lettuce looked dark and the cucumbers old so I didn’t get anything else.
So disappointing. I normally give it another try if it’s only the vegetables that are not so fresh in case another time I find them fresher, but because the staff being so rude I rather save myself a bad experience and go somewhere else to eat. Ppl like this is that businesses close down. I’d suggest changing staff that actually want to work or something has to change. The vibe and food needs improvement.

The food was good and fresh, but this was the slowest service I've ever seen at Subway...they had one person making sandwiches, one "toasting" and one standing doing nothing at the register...we were probably in line for atleast 30 min...

This is by far the worse Subway I have ever been too. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes as the lady ignored us and started working on online orders. When manager came out and told her to focus on the actual line first, (5 customers behind us), she rolled her eyes and rudely asked “What do you want?” Then when she was making our sandwich she didn’t spread the veggies or mayo out at all but plopped it all down in center of sandwich. After we ate our food my son wanted ice cream so we stood in line again on TX burger side. All three workers were in the back with no one in front. We stood there for 20 minutes and finally us and the REST OF THE LINE all left. Two men were cussing as they left saying they had been standing there for over 30 minutes.

Store hours on the door say it opens at 8 a.m. I'm here at 8:30 and the store is closed. Lady told me through the window that they don't open until 10am.

Worst sandwich ever. They failed to heat up the bacon on my daughters sandwich then got mad when I asked for it to heated. Then made a fresh one and name the wrong sandwich. My sandwich was the sloppiest sandwich I've ever had! Will NEVER GO
