My husband gets sour cream on his burrito, where I do not. It's always a hot or miss picking thru the burritos to figure out what's what. Today, the employee wrote on the wrappers!! Great job Taco Bell!šŸ‘šŸ‘

I normally try to be positive but this is the second time that I have ordered and driven back to work, only to find that the order is wrong. The things I ordered were SUPREME and $3.39 each. I ordered 3. I get back to work and open it up and find two regular tacos (not even supreme) and something else that I have never seen before. It is not even a supreme either. So basically, I paid over $10 for two tacos and a random selected thing.
The receipt listed exactly what I ordered, so the laziness in the kitchen and lack of caring shows.
After I found this disaster, I tried calling 7 times and it rang and rang until it finally timed out. They wont even answer a phone call!
I am assuming because they are getting numerous calls of screwed up orders. This is a refelction on management.
I didnt have time to go back and try to fix their screw up. I highly doubt they would even care.. Wont go back. Lost a previous long term customer.

Consistency is very important to me in a restaurant. I love knowing the food will always taste the same. Their food here is tasty and always is. However consistency also works the other way. I am always 100% guaranteed to have the worst service and speed at this location. I’ve tried it numerous times hoping it would improve since opening. It hasn’t.

This is the second time we have stopped in three weeks ! Do yall not know how to order what you need to make the food that you sell ? This is ridiculous second time there has been a huge list of what your out of! Close if your unable to make the food

This is the worst location I’ve been to. I go at 9:19 pm, it’s not busy at all and I ask for a burrito meal, the cashier must’ve not heard what I said. I get to the window and clarify I wanted the meal and I am met with attitude and hostility. They charge me for the meal like I wanted but I only received the burrito. I don’t recommend unless you want employees to be rude to you for a misunderstanding on their part and to be charged for items you did not receive.

Enjoy an occasional Taco Bell meal. It was fine. I found a man's wallet in the booth we sat in and gave it to manager at TB window. A bit later she took it to the main store's manager (I'm assuming). Hope the guy got it back intact. Wish I had looked him up myself and made sure he got it.
