I did not eat on this trip. Walked in at 8:30pm with myself and one other person. There was no one in the building eating. I was promptly told it would be a 30 min wait because a school group was coming at 9. 30 min from when I walked in. I just felt like they could have served two people.

I and my wife stop here on the way to Palestine instead of Madisonville. We walk in and the counter person walk to the back. We stood there awhile, while the subway person just looked at us. Finally the Txburger person came out and took our order. Than My wife couldn't find lid for here medium drink that would fit. We had to wipe our own table off. All the table where dirty and nasty looking. The whole store looked dirty !!!!!I type all this while waiting for our food. I will modify later about h

Horrible set up. They never want to service the Texas burger side and only cater to the Subway side. Sometimes they will say it will be 15 to 20 min before they can take your burger order. Not sure why they want take your order on the Burger side. Centerville location is the opposite. They have a perfect system and are very kind. Order is taken promptly and the come and check on you. It is also very clean. I suggest the owner take a trip to Centerville and get a crash course on how a business is to run. If it’s the same owner then shame on you! And it’s nasty inside!

Yikes, these folks need to invest in a mop and some scrubbing pads. IT WAS FILTHY! The burger was average at best,and the fries were not fresh and hot.Employees had a lack of drive to do anything and we're not friendly by any means.

No shake, 20 minutes later still mo shakeWhen went up to counter to get reimbursed, they had conveniently forgotten about it.Wondering how much $$ they make doing that.I have reviewed a lot of BurgersThis was nothing to write aboutNot sure if this is a good investment in Nolan Ryan beef ?. Just saying

I spent $26.00 for a cold burger and I said no onions because my husband allergic and the put onions anyway. This the kinds service that slows money down. Second time being disappointed with this same location. We drove 30 mins to get there. Smh!
