Ordered a pizza at 1:30 on their website. Had not received it so I called at 3:45. Lady at the desk told me it had went out 10 minutes ago. Called back 10 minutes later only to be lied to and said that it went out but not delivered to me. Had to reorder only to wait another 45 minutes. The food is good, but this is unacceptable.

I ordered Milanos from there preferred app for delivery, swiftpizza. Not only did I never get my food, neither Milanos nor swift pizza have responded regarding a refund. I called and messaged both companies. Nothing.To reply to.the company reply, this was about a week and a half ago. I waited before posting a review to give the companies involved time to reply and issue a refund.

The food is pretty good taste wise, but too often their pizza is just too flimsy for my liking. If I pick up a slice and all of the toppings fall off then I need to eat the pizza with a fork... Also I have noticed several times that plates and forks were not completely clean.

It's really great to have this place in our small town. Service is quick and friendly, the prices I feel are reasonable, and the food is always great. They also offer gluten free crust which is a big plus for me.
