I've been getting the same breakfast burrito from multiple sonic locations. This is the third time in the past 2 months I've gotten nowhere near the amount of food I paid for. Over $18 for 2 number 15s that are horribly made. The burritos from every other location in and around Tyler, TX are almost twice as big.

Don’t ever buy a sonic blast from here. I paid $6 fig a blast and they hand me a cup with ice cream and a few M&M sprinkled on top like I just bought a $2 McFlurry at McDonald’s… this is the third time… you’d think I’d remember by now but I forget how much they suck sometimes. Here’s your warning…

I ordered a plain hot dog with ketchup on it. Received the dog, and it was a dirty brown color with chili, cheese and ketchup on it. If I could send pic I would. Disappointed to say the least.

Order just a Route 44 water and put it in my brand new Stanley tumbler because I was eager to use it. After drinking all the water I went to refill it and saw THIS is my Sonic ice… I can only assume it’s mildew from the ice machine because it’s IN the ice and couldn’t have come from my brand new tumbler I bought that same day.

Didn't get my food after 15 minutes. Was going to be my granddaughter's lunch at school. Instead, no lunch from Sonic Bullard Texas. I buzzed back in after about 18 minutes to find out if it was about to come out the door, they said, "Sorry about the delay, it will be out shortly. " I said, " nevermind, thank you." Wth. I know business can't get enough people to work these days but make a change and fix this problem or it will shut down again for the 2nd time, since opening here..

I wish I could give a five star review. The staff is always very nice. That being said, there hasn't been a single trip to this location that hasn't ended in forgotten food, wrong food, poor serving size, or just sloppy presentation. Today wasn't different other than I'm fed up enough to write a review. I've called the restaurant, I've driven back numerous times for missed food, I've spoken ,very nicely mind you, to management, I really don't want to be a Karen but come on! Not one right order in a year! Tonight my kids blast was far from full, hardly any Reese's bits and we paid extra for peanut butter that is non existent. It's just annoying.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and play ground
