This was our first time visiting Hatch Cafe & Bistro. The food served at this fine establishment is fresh and delicious. I had the Barbacoa plate and my wife had the bacon-spinach quiche - both fantastic. Rodrigo, the owner/manager personally greeted my wife and I and asked us about our experience. Highly recommend!

I left TX the end of May and came back for Grandparents Day at Bill Brown school for my granddaughter. I had to visit the Hatch and was so excited to see it open on Sunday!!! I love how they remodeled. It is so amazing. The server was the best❤️ polite, friendly, respectful and made sure we had everything and everything was perfect. I can’t begin to tell you what a difference 4 months in service, atmosphere, and quality has made. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would have taken pictures, but the ones on line are perfect. Every visit to TX, I will always make sure to stop here! A sweet little place to call a “special discovery”!!

Everyone loved their food. Service was great, he never informed us of his name, but he did a good job.
We were there on a Sunday so had their weekend specials. The chilaquiles might be my favorite, both sauces are great, but I preferred the green over the red.
I didn’t get coffee, but everyone else did and raved how good it was.
I will stop by again next time in the area.

This is such a fun, little bakery. We got several baked items as well as an iced tea and a lavendar limeade (phenomenal). There's indoor and outdoor seating and the staff were very helpful and kind.
