Recently visited. Excellent customer service hands down. HUGE thanks to the girl working the window named Parker. Not only did she provide great customer service, but went above and beyond by giving me a jump with her car after my truck wouldn’t start due to a weak battery. Big thanks to her associate Hayden, as well for taking over while she drove her car to where I was parked. Thanks again Mrs Parker! On The Grind is lucky to have employees like yourself.

I ordered a large vanilla latte with two extra shots of espresso. I paid for two extra shots of espresso. I got a large vanilla latte without two shots. I PAID for two extra shots. I didn't get them.

The Spring Branch OTG surpasses Starbucks in every single way. The employees are all friendly and never make you feel like youre wasting their time. The drinks are superb and well made. Ditch SB and start going to OTG

I visited the Bulverde location today and asked for a flavored green tea with no ice, as I have done several times before. This is what I was handed, a half empty cup. When I asked if there had been a mistake the young girl at the window launched into a long explanation of how they sell the drinks by the ounce and if I wanted a full glass with no ice I would have to buy two drinks. Ridiculous. I tried to politely explain that this had never been an issue before and there was inconsistency in their service. She clapped her hands together, pursed her lips and said something to the effect of “I don’t know what you want me to do” and then just stood there and stared at me. I was so taken aback by her rudeness that I just took my half empty cup of tea and left. $4.78 plus tip for a half empty cup of tea and snooty customer service. I will not be back. Service inconsistency and customer service skills need to be addressed by management.

I love the New Braunfels On The Grind locations so I thought this location wouldn’t be any different. However, the staff here had a terrible attitude. The girl helping us was clearly in a rush to get us to leave and when I asked for straws, she rolled her eyes and gave an attitude. Two of the drinks we had ordered were the incorrect flavor as well. We didn’t want to be met with even more attitude, so we only asked them to fix one of the drinks. Once again, we were met with attitude, and were given the wrong flavor once again. When they “fixed” the drink, the cup was only 3/4 filled out of spite. There were coffee grounds on the bottom and it tasted burnt. It was so terrible that I just ended up having to toss it. We won’t be visiting this location again, and I highly discourage anyone else from visiting this location. These were issues that could have easily been resolved, and without attitude.
This OTG location off of 381 is the BEST! The staff is always so friendly and fast! Hayden is the absolute BEST! Absolutely love this coffee shop and will go every morning because of the staff!!!

Their coffee is great, but after coffee burns due to their tops not fitting correctly and overfilling their cups… can’t say I’ll be back. Also, wish this was the first time.
