I have tried time and time again to find something good about this particular sonic. However the only good thing is the fact that it is near by. There is an exceptional employee named Spencer who is more than kind and helpful. However Every other employee I have had the displeasure of interacting with has several attitude problems. For instance last night I drove through the parking lot to do a turn around and I was yelled at by a female employee that they were closed (it was after 11 so I had no intention of going through, just needed to turn around). However tn around 10 30, after I placed an online order at 9. The sonic app told me it was still open til 11 aswell as Google. I arrived and saw a large group of employees passing something around and smoking it by the restaurant. Then somebody whom I can only assume is the manager came out and while being incredibly rude announced they were closed. I informed him that I had an online order that should have been set for pickup. He went on to tell me I was luck to have put it in before they closed. But that they wouldn't do it again. Then he brought me out a drink that I did order and a melted milkshake i didnt order, I explained to him it wasnt mine he insited I take it because they wouldnt need it. He went on to tell me that they closed at 10. Then when I explained I had no idea because Google and their app said they were still open. He began a tangent on how he was tired, then stomped off saying something under his breath. Incredibly rude and terrible customer service.

2 weekends in a row we've tried to get slushes but their slush machine is down with no idea when to expect it fixed.

They had no sodas machine was out they also took quite awhile for my chili cheese tots and 1 pretzel the food was great the pretzel was so good I will go back.

Waited 30+ minutes for food that was made wrong, old and gross, and also missing items.
There is 0 reason customers should be waiting this long for fast food that is poor quality at that. Clearly, this is an issue with INCOMPETENT management. Paulina, the alleged manager, was unprofessional and lazy. Sonic really lowered the bar when she was hired. She said she didn’t see anything wrong with our order, didn’t want to remake it, or take it back when I told her I didn’t want it and needed a refund. She would rather run her mouth and get an attitude. If this is how this location treats their customers, they won’t have any in the future.

Sonic is literally my daily stop. I just moved to this area and this location is very slow. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but I use to live in Friendswood and when you place an order there via the app you have your drink almost immediately. Yesterday I waited 10 mins for a drink and only 2 cars were here. Today I waited 6. Definitely an adjustment. The carhops are always friendly and kind.

Ordered cheese burger without lettuce or onions and added on some bacon. Got home and no bacon and it was full of lettuce and onions......😠 Not the first time this has happened so I decided to write this review.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I stopped by the Sonic in Bulverde and had a great experience. We both ordered the double cheeseburger combos, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The burgers were juicy, the fries perfectly crispy, and the service was friendly and fast. For $30 including tip, it felt like a solid deal. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re craving a burger and some good vibes.
