Food good as usual. Dined inside with the grandkids. Area was clean but the ceiling was horrible. I felt like some of the tiles could fall at any moment.

Meant to leave this review about a month and a half ago. The a couple of the younger staff are absolutely rude. The manager on duty was nice though. She seems flustered and apologized for the girls behavior towards us and said they’re going to address it. But tbh I haven’t been back. I’m good in the whole teenage attitude lol.
Also, their speakers need work.. they always seem to “not be able to hear you” or just straight up ignore you until you pull to the window.

Omg!!!!! 15 min ago went to this location. The drive thru lady was overwhelmed acting as though the world was coming to an end. Forgot one of our drinks and banana split. When I told her she put her hands on her head and exasperated. Left without my large drink. Burger was undercooked and fries cold and hard. Only had one other customer besides myself in the place. There were teenage boys inside hanging around socializing. Maybe that is why she was distracted and not on point. ?

100% turnaround as far as food quality goes in the past year. The service was GREAT also. BEST chili cheese fries in Buna. Steak & Chicken Finger baskets are recommended as are their tacos.

The manger CC at DQ in Buna was awesome she was greeted us when we came in was very polite an made sure to check on us made us feel right at home we love CC the cook was sweet an we did not have to wait long will be going back an the DQ was so clean an neat

Unless you want to wait 20 minutes for a kids hamburger while there are no customers around and all employees standing around doing absolutely nothing I wouldn't go here. There was also some guy standing in the kitchen in dirty shorts, t shirt and slippers all while raising his shirt showing is stomach to other employees in the kitchen. Very poor customer service, pretty sure mcdonalds does a better job.

Little old school small town dairy Queen. It was clean , employees were nice and the place is your 70s style but it felt nostalgic and I love it.
They served the ice creams melted and over full!!! My husbands parfait was so much hot fudge it melted his ice cream and made a mess all over the car!!!!! Do not recommend!!!! Also store was full of smoke and rolling out drive thru window for some reason

I was passing though Buna Texas and stopped at this DQ took forever to get my food plus the quality of the food wasn't good.. I don't recommend this
