You buy them by the pound and they will help you determine what you need if you tell them how many people you're going to be feeding. They will skin them and fillet them for you right there so you will be ready to cook! G&S also has Shrimp, Oysters, and other kinds of fish. They will also have Crawfish when in season!! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Glenn Conner is the owner and oversees day to day business. They have been in business a very long time and also supply fresh Catfish to a lot of the area restaurants. The inside is set up to accommodate helping customers in a timely manner.
