Ordered our Pizza for curbside since my daughter has a baby and when my daughter called to let them know she was there she was told they didn’t have curbside available today. Well my daughter went inside and the pizza was not even ready . I was sent a survey so I made them aware of the situation. Terrible service. Terrible people. They will charge more than what you pay online. I ordered and it was $33 and I paid online with card and when I got there it was $40 is what they charged my card. I ordered a family bundle and they were out of cheese sticks so instead of having the courtesy to call and let me know they decided to charge me individually which ended up costing more and did not even ask. The staff were very rude and did not present themself well at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was taken advantage of, money not given back and pizza not delivered for a special occasion. The general manager who would not give me her name had absolutely no sympathy nor did she offer any help. Claimed she called me but was lying through her teeth. She was very rude and condescending. Do better in life.
