First time having Sonic at this location and it was disgusting… burger tasted like fish and I had a cheeseburger… ketchup soaked the bread and it was cold… tator tots were cold and just soaked in grease… drink had no flavor and was suppose to be rootbeer… when I pulled up in the drive thru waited for a bit and nobody said anything and thought maybe it wasn’t working, then I said hello finally someone said something… when I got up to the window again after waiting a bit the woman said oh our soda machine is getting changed and we will be with you shortly, oh ok no problem…. Got my food and pulled over to eat in my car and the drink they were supposedly working on had no flavor( never had a drink from Sonic not taste good) then the food was just disgusting all of it went in the trash and had to get back to work…. Really don’t eat out much but never had a bad experience with a Sonic til today…

Food was great. Service speed was great. I was double charged, though. Watch your bank account. I paid at the stall and left a tip. A car hop came out and said there was a problem with the payment and needed to take my card inside. The next day, I was checking my bank statement and saw that both charges went through. Hey, mistakes happen. I called the store and asked for a refund. The general manager said that she was unable to refund me and could only offer in-store credit. I do not live in town and was only passing through. In-store credit doesn't work well for me. GM said that the system does not allow for refunds to be made after the system is shut down. I guess I am a day late and $11.76 short.

The next time any of the employees make a joke to my maw maw about spitting in my 3 year old autistic daughter food I will come up there and you will regret it. That is not funny grow up and do better before you have a problem that's to late to fix. Idk who is the one that did it cause my maw maw won't specify cause she knows how I am but I know it's some young male probably in high school. I will be watching you guys

Stopped this morning for breakfast and waited about 6 mins before someone ever came across the speaker after pushing the button. She tells us to hold on and she would be right with us. We waited another 10 minutes and she never came back to take our order. There was only 1 other customer there besides us, so they had no reason to be slow. The workers were just walking around visiting and one was sitting outside on her phone. This location is terrible!
