Sonic used to have the best tea around. They had sweet tea and unsweetened tea. But, many of us order what's called," half & half ice tea, because sweet tea is too sweet & unsweetened has no flavor. So half and half is perfect for those of us who can't stand sweet tea. But they are steadily losing clients by reducing the sugar n the sweet tea ( cuz u can't add sugar after cups made, it won't dissolve). Teach the employees to inform the sweet tea drinkers who want less sugar about the half &half tea. That way EVERYONE is happy with their tea order !! So many of us used to go to Sonic just because the tea was so good.

I work locally in order from Sonic 4 to 5 times a week. Twice in the last week and a half the service has been horrible today was the tip of the iceberg I stopped at the drive-thru to order I could barely understand the girl and the girl could barely understand me I kept repeating my order she still didn't get some of it right I said okay I'll pull up after 7 minutes of waiting with only one car in front of me I finally get to the window and explain to the young man that this is what I ordered but the girl couldn't finish my order because she didn't understand me I asked do you see my order on the screen he looked at the screen he looked around he looked at the screen he didn't say anything I said let me tell you what I've sat in this line for 7 minutes you can't find my order now and I have to be at work so never mind thanks anyway and I left like I said I order from here 4 to 5 times a week but I will not be ordering from here again.

The drive-thru experience was perfect and the kids love their double bacon cheeseburgers with fries and root beers it came out the $22 the prices have been falling apparently the customer service was good and friendly

I got a number one and a number two two orders of onion rings and two drinks the onion rings was sorry I wouldn't even feed them to my dog The burgers they were half made right no vegetables right lettuce and pickles and maybe an onion or two no tomatoes Sonic and Buna Texas is getting sorry as the one in Kirbyville maybe they ought to shut it down and restart over our fire everybody that was in there and bringing a whole new crew that knows what they're doing but I guarantee you one thing The people are running it now don't know nothing and like I said I wouldn't go there to buy my dog something to eat
